There are projects which stumble for simple reasons. According to a study
by the university of Oxford and McKinsey 56% of all projects are failing.The
project targets are not clearly defined, the project communication of the
involved parties are not regulated. Failed projects are causing additional
costs and can lead to competitive disadvantages. My task in this process is
to define communication lines and responsibilities and to takes care of the
fact that the project will be perceived as a holistic process. I will manage
