  Arbitration

  At the international level the arbitration has almost displaced the competent court. The advantages lie in the short process time, the confidentiality as well as the flexible process design and the selection of the arbitrator. The fees of an arbitration are less than the ones compared to the high court fees.
  In international conflicts we weigh up the pros and cons of the different procedures. Concerning the international enforcement of decisions it would be reasonable to realise an arbitration process.
