Conflict management
According to a conflict costs study by KPMG internal conflicts create a great
loss of value. According to this study the executives spend from 30 to 50%
of the weekly working hours directly or indirectly with conflicts or the consequences
of these conflicts (KPMG in 2009). With foresighted actions the executives
will be able to avoid conflicts and solve existing conflicts. The advantage
is that crises are recognised very early to give the executives the opportunity
to see also the potentials which lie behind many conflicts. Together we will
analyse the situation and during the implementation of the strategy the following
activities may be applicable:
Conflict consulting and coaching, Mediation, facilitation, implementation
of conflict pilots or a conflict hotline.
