About me
For twenty years I have been active as a management and legal consultant as well as being a coach. After my law study I worked in the international law office Mandel & Ngo in Paris with the main focus in consulting european, small and medium size enterprises. In the beginning of 1991 I worked over two years as a consultant and laywer in the Treuhandanstalt Berlin (the east german privatization agency) where i have been responsible for the sales of hotels and construction industry companies.
After that I continued my career as a management consultant at RMS Restrukturierungsmanagement & Strategie GmbH, Cologne, where I have been responsible for realisations of restructuring, distressed M & A and changemanagement. As an independent attorney and consultant my main focus lies on alternative dispute resolution, conflict and negotiations management as well as changemanagement.
